These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lossrelay.ai and the LossRelay service, provided by Target Management Inc DBA LossRelay ("LossRelay," "we," "us"). By using the website or service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Information you give us through our forms:

LossRelay answers calls and texts 24/7, routes water-loss reports from plumbers, property managers, tenants, homeowners and monitoring devices to restoration contractors, and escalates each report until a member of the contractor's crew acknowledges it.

Restoration contractors subscribe to a Territory Seat under a separate order form or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls.

Plumbers and property managers may join the LossRelay Partner Network at no cost.

Calls to LossRelay lines may be answered by an automated voice system and may be recorded or transcribed.

The demo line is for demonstration only. Do not use it to report a real loss.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and using the service for business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false loss reports, interfere with the service, use it to send unsolicited messages, or use it in violation of any law.

4. SMS messaging terms

Program description. If you opt in on one of our forms, Target Management Inc DBA LossRelay (LossRelay) will send text messages to the number you provided, including referral status updates, dispatch and on-call alerts, appointment confirmations, and account messages.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the losses in your territory.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including that mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties.

5. Third-party services

The service relies on telephone carriers, messaging and meeting providers, and other third parties. We are not responsible for their availability or performance.

6. No guarantee of response

LossRelay routes and escalates loss reports, but we do not perform restoration or plumbing work and do not guarantee that any contractor or partner will respond, arrive within any time, or complete any job. Work performed is between the property owner or manager and the contractor or partner.

LossRelay is not an emergency service. If anyone is in danger, call 911.

7. Intellectual property

The website, service and LossRelay name are owned by Target Management Inc DBA LossRelay. You may not copy or resell them without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The website and service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LossRelay will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the website or service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms. Partners may leave the Partner Network at any time by emailing us.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Target Management Inc DBA LossRelay is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
