This Privacy Policy explains how Target Management Inc DBA LossRelay ("LossRelay," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares information through lossrelay.ai and the LossRelay service. LossRelay serves restoration contractors, plumbers and property managers.

Territory check: company name, owner name, cell phone number, email address, zip codes served, the appointment time you choose, your time zone, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.

Partner sign-up: name, company, trade (plumber or property manager), cell phone number, email address, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.

Calls and texts to our lines: when someone calls or texts a LossRelay line, including the demo line, a partner line or a 24/7 answering line, we collect their phone number, any name and property address they give, what they tell us about the loss, and call recordings or transcripts where enabled. Calls may be answered by an automated voice system.

Information from using the service: if you are a customer or partner, we collect the details of losses reported through the service, such as property address, loss type, callback number, timestamps, and message delivery and acknowledgment records.

Information collected automatically: when you visit our website we and our service providers may collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring page, using cookies and similar technologies.

How we use information

To respond to your inquiry and schedule calls you book with us.

To provide the service: answering calls and texts, routing and escalating losses, sending referral status updates, and account messages.

To send text messages you have agreed to receive (see "Text messaging" below).

To operate, secure and improve our website and service.

To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Text messaging (SMS)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

With service providers who help us run LossRelay, such as our CRM and messaging platform, telephone carriers, video meeting provider (Zoom), email delivery and hosting. They may use the information only to provide services to us. The text messaging restrictions above apply to them.

Within the service, as needed to route a loss. For example, when a partner reports a loss, the restoration contractor for that territory receives the loss details, and the reporting partner receives status updates.

For legal reasons, if required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of LossRelay, our users or others.

In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Retention

We keep information for as long as your account or inquiry is active, and afterward as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal or accounting requirements, or to resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out.

Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Access, correction or deletion: email us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor requests as required.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children
